Our Vision

The vision is to harness the opportunities for the improvement and development of the site with the potential to accommodate an exemplary new mix-use district, demonstrating the highest standards of design quality and sustainability. There is a major opportunity to create a new access from Sudbury Hill local centre into the Park. This access will connect the local community and the park for the first time, creating an opportunity for the renewed use and revitalisation of the park.

A community-led sustainable development focussed around a new public open space with a mix of uses in a high quality environment;

A focus on jobs for local people and promote the area as a great place to live and work;

Car parking and cycle storage

The proposed development will encourage the use of public transport, cycling and walking, an element of parking is required for those with need of car ownership.

Our proposals provide 73 parking spaces overall, of which 70 will be reserved for residential use. This is equivalent to 0.2 parking spaces per residential unit.

The proposal provides space for 523 bicycles, in line with London Plan standards. Cycle storage for the residents will be provided in designated areas within the car park of the new buildings, in the private courtyard and in specific locations along the site.
