Car parking and cycle storage

The proposed development will encourage the use of public transport, cycling and walking, an element of parking is required for those with need of car ownership.

Our proposals provide 73 parking spaces overall, of which 70 will be reserved for residential use. This is equivalent to 0.2 parking spaces per residential unit.

The proposal provides space for 523 bicycles, in line with London Plan standards. Cycle storage for the residents will be provided in designated areas within the car park of the new buildings, in the private courtyard and in specific locations along the site.

Where we are situated

Connecting Greenford Road to the Metropolitan Open Land by extending and enhancing the adjacent parkland across the site; and, improvements to the environment.

Greenford station, south of the site, is served by the Central Line and National Rail, providing a direct link to London Paddington. Journey times to London’s

West End and City are approximately 28 minutes and 40 minutes respectively. Sudbury Hill Harrow railway station to London Marylebone is 18 minutes.
